Local diner type place. Very good breakfast. It was extremely busy when we were there. Party of seven. The young man who serves the drinks is on task. Refilled our coffee several times. Servers were good but definitely cater to the locals.

Fantastic diner in Sedalia with great service - thanks Monique! Fast with the coffee refills and meal. We had the veggie skillet with scrambled eggs and tried their pepper sauces! Loved that - also had the Mighty Meat skillet and she let my husband do half and half, half green Chile sauce and half gravy - he was full til dinner! Friendly folks with a massive homemade menu, cinnamon rolls and sticky buns, pies and lots of homemade breads - yum yum! Definitely a keeper this Irish Cafe in Colorado

First off: this place was fantastic! Staff are so friendly and home-cooked food was really good. Definitely noticeable how much better the meal was. I’d drive out of my way to grub here. Look at these pancakes!! The hash browns inside my breakfast burrito! Yum!
